MIRCIM is an international educational review conference in internal medicine. It is developed by the McMaster University Department of Medicine and the Polish Institute for Evidence Based Medicine, together with the International Society of Internal Medicine and Jagiellonian University Medical College. The conference has been held every year since 2015, always in Kraków, Poland. It is the only McMaster led event in Europe and draws participants from dozens of countries. For 2026 the organizers reported over 2,000 participants from 93 countries across the conference and its parallel events, about 1,200 of them on site.
