The Society is an association of physicians and scientists, who are active in the field of neurosurgery or who are interested in the subject. The purpose of the society is the promotion of science and research and practical activity in the field of neurosurgery. Through the exchange of scientific knowledge and practical experience and by stimulating scientific activity, the Society aims to promote the connection of the German neurosurgeons among themselves and the cooperation with domestic and foreign doctors and scientists and neuro-surgical societies.
