Regional obstetrics and gynaecology congress of the Asia & Oceania Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, with RANZCOG acting as host.
Equity and sustainability define the agenda of AOFOG 2026: the Asia and Oceania Congress of Obstetrics and Gynaecology meets at ICC Sydney from 12 to 15 October 2026 under the theme Equivolution: Equity and Sustainability in Women's Health. RANZCOG, the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, hosts the congress on behalf of the federation and has scheduled it in place of its own Annual Scientific Meeting, which returns in Hobart in 2027.
Pre-congress workshops on Monday 12 October cover fetal surveillance, reproductive medicine, ultrasound and urogynaecology, while concurrent sessions in the main programme take on persistent pelvic pain, birth trauma, cervical cancer elimination and updates in intrapartum care. Delegates from more than 20 countries across the Asia-Oceania region are expected, and dedicated lower registration rates apply for participants from Cambodia, Fiji, Laos, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal and Papua New Guinea.
