World Allergy Congress 2026 and 75th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Allergology, with APAPARI 2026 and ISPAR 2026

Annual national meeting in allergy and immunology, held this time as a joint congress together with two partner organizations.
The JSA/WAO/APAPARI Joint Congress 2026 combines four meetings in one week in Kyoto: the 75th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Allergology, the World Allergy Congress 2026 (WAC 2026) of the World Allergy Organization, APAPARI 2026 of the Asia Pacific Academy of Pediatric Allergy, Respirology and Immunology, and ISPAR 2026 on suspected perioperative allergic reactions. The Japanese Society of Allergology hosts, with WAO and APAPARI as co-hosts, and the congress theme is Towards the Future of Allergology: Broader and Deeper.
For allergists and clinical immunologists looking for an allergy congress in Japan, the scientific programme spans anaphylaxis, food allergy and FPIES, respiratory allergy and preschool asthma, skin allergy and atopic dermatitis, pollen-related disease, drug allergy, occupational skin reactions, eosinophil-associated diseases, type 2 inflammation and allergen immunotherapy, together with prevention of allergic disease. Forty-one symposia are listed in the programme at a glance, including joint sessions with WAO, EAACI, DGAKI, AAAAI, KAAACI and ASBAI, alongside ten plenary sessions, mini symposia and poster presentations. A keynote lecture by Shimon Sakaguchi of Osaka University, recipient of the 2025 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, and a congress president's lecture on Japanese guidelines for atopic dermatitis are on the programme.
The venue is the Kyoto International Conference Center in Sakyo-ku, about twenty minutes from Kyoto Station on the Karasuma subway line and roughly eighty minutes from Kansai International Airport by the Haruka express train. Osaka Itami Airport is about ninety minutes away by limousine bus. Registration for international delegates includes on-demand access to recorded content well after the on-site programme closes, so colleagues who cannot travel to Kyoto can still follow World Allergy Congress 2026 sessions. Fellow-in-training and paramedical rates are reduced, and students and patient organisation representatives register free of charge.
