The AAOMS 2026 Annual Meeting is the 108th annual meeting of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and takes place in Seattle, Washington. AAOMS is headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois and reported 11,359 members as of 5 January 2026. Its stated mission is advancing, promoting and preserving the specialty of oral and maxillofacial surgery as well as the skills and professionalism of AAOMS members to ensure patient access to safe and effective care. The 2026 edition carries the theme Together We Thrive: Celebrating Family and Our AAOMS Community.

Surgeons looking for an oral and maxillofacial surgery conference in the United States will find a curriculum of eight clinical tracks covering eleven clinical topics, 45 master classes, hands-on workshops and cadaver labs, plus more than 35 practice management sessions on coding, compliance and reimbursement. The general registration fee entitles attendees to clinical tracks, didactic sessions, abstract presentations and practice management sessions at no additional cost, while preconference programmes, hands-on clinical sessions, the Anesthesia Assistants Skills Lab and OMS Coding Essentials carry select additional fees. An exhibit hall with more than 100 exhibitors runs across three days, opening on the Wednesday evening and continuing through Thursday and Friday.

Sessions are hosted at the Seattle Convention Center Summit and the Hyatt Regency Seattle in downtown Seattle, a city served by Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Registration is tiered for AAOMS fellows and members, life and retired fellows, delegates and alternates, resident members and US dental students, international residents and surgeons, non-members, AAOMS allied staff and other professional staff, with advance rates rewarding early registration. CE credit for this AAOMS annual meeting is claimed through the AAOMS mobile app or the MyCE portal, and sessions can be evaluated until 31 January 2027. On-demand education is included at no additional cost for both in-person and on-demand-only registrants through the same date, which makes the meeting accessible to oral and maxillofacial surgeons who cannot travel to Seattle.
