The 2026 AABB Annual Meeting brings the transfusion medicine and biotherapies community to Atlanta, Georgia. AABB, the Association for the Advancement of Blood & Biotherapies, is the standards-setting and accrediting organisation behind the AABB Standards and the accreditation programme used by blood centres, transfusion services and cellular therapy facilities, and it publishes the journal Transfusion.
