The European Academy of Neurology (EAN) is a Society of National Neurological Societies and at the same time a Society of individual members. The purpose of is to promote “Excellence in Neurology in Europe”. The EAN board has decided to develop a strategic plan which has several purposes. It should inform our members, other Societies and the public on the aims of the Society and will foster discussions about aims and tasks. Achievements will be periodically reviewed by the organisation. This is a living document and revisions will be made periodically.
